Donna Johnson Bullock, Esq.

Professional Experience
Donna Johnson Bullock serves as Of Counsel to Laura Solomon, Esq. & Associates and is a member of the staff of Philadelphia City Councilman Darrell Clarke.

Previously, Donna was an Associate at Laura Solomon Esq. & Associates, where she formed and advised nonprofit, charitable organizations. She joined the firm in March of 2007.   Donna began her legal career at Community Legal Services in Philadelphia, where she staffed the Child Care Law Project and represented nonprofit organizations.

Professional Activities
Donna is a regular speaker at the Philadelphia Bar Association Nonprofit Institute and the Women’s Business Development Center.  She has also provided numerous trainings for the child care professional community, and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Tax-Exempt Lunch Group.

Donna is actively involved in the Philadelphia community and currently serves on the Board of the Mayor’s Office of Community Services. Her previous board memberships include the West Philadelphia Child Care Network, Family Care Solutions, and the Strawberry Mansion Community Development Corporation.

Education and Licenses
Donna received her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in 2000, and her Law degree from the Temple University School of Law in 2003. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the New Jersey Bar in 2003.
